Front Desk Home Health is a service of Patrick Moon Physical Therapy P.C.

Front Desk is the scheduling system for a home health practice in the East Bay. Home health agencies refer patients to us; our schedulers arrange the visits, and our physical and occupational therapists make them in patients' homes. Front Desk is where that work is coordinated: the schedule, the routes, and the calls and text messages that confirm each visit.

Who uses it

Front Desk is used by our own scheduling staff and clinicians. Patients do not sign in. If we have your permission, we may text you about your visits; how that works is in our SMS Terms, and how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
